John S. Gardner

   Mr. Gardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts degree from Georgetown University. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate with highest honors in 1992, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Oklahoma, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

   Mr. Gardner is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association (including sections on Litigation, Science & Technology and Environment, Energy & Resources). His practice is concentrated in construction, environmental, products liability and personal injury litigation.
