Joseph Goerke

   Mr. Goerke received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1989.  His undergraduate studies were completed at Oklahoma State University, from which he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986.  Mr. Goerke is admitted to practice in all state courts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Goerke’s practice primarily involves civil litigation, including areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage issues, personal injury, products liability, premise liability, banking, commercial disputes, and other matters.
