Russell L. Mulinix

   Mr. Mulinix is a 1980 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was a member of the Board of Editors for the Oklahoma Law Review from 1978-80 and a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the Western, Eastern and Northern Federal District Courts of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth and Second Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. 

   Mr. Mulinix is a long-standing member of the Pro Bono Panel for Legal Aid of Western Oklahoma, a member of Oklahoma Lawyers for Children and is a member of the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. 

   Mr. Mulinix is a licensed Broker with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and owner of a nationally franchised real estate company in Norman, Oklahoma. His legal practice is concentrated in civil litigation and transactions involving business, commercial, banking, oil/gas and real estate.
