Mr. Tate
is “Of Counsel” to Mulinix Ogden Hall Andrews & Ludlam. Mr. Tate
concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and reorganization,
commercial litigation, real estate litigation, collection law and employment
litigation. Mr. Tate is a 1996 graduate of the University of Oklahoma
College of Law, where he was a member of the American Indian Law Review. He
received his Batchelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University in
1993. He is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma State Courts, as well
as the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern
Districts of Oklahoma and United States Court Of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit.
Mr. Tate is an active member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, where
he participates in the Bankruptcy Section and is the past chair of the Young
Lawyers Division. In 2003 he was named Oklahoma County Bar Association
Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year. Mr. Tate is also a member of the
Oklahoma Bar Association (Bankruptcy & Reorganization Section, Litigation
Section), the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), the American
Bankruptcy Institute (Banking and Finance Committee, Bankruptcy Litigation
Committee, Uniform Commercial Code Committee) and the Conference on Consumer
Finance Law.
Mr. Tate has authored numerous articles for various publications including
the Journal Record, the Oklahoma Bar Journal, The Business Lawyer, a
publication of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law, and the
Quarterly Report, a publication of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law.
Additionally, Mr. Tate has presented more than twenty-five seminar and
continuing legal education lectures concerning evolving bankruptcy, real
estate, commercial litigation, collection and debtor/creditor matters for
entities such as the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Conference on Consumer
Finance Law, Lorman Education Services, the National Association Of Division
Order Analysts, Sterling Education Services, LLC, and the National Business
Institute.
