Rand C. Eddy

Managing Member

Rand C. Eddy was born in New York City and raised in Buffalo, New York. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall college in 1983 with a B.A. degree and All-Conference honors in football and track. In 1986 Rand received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he served as an editor on the Law Review.

During his legal career, Rand has obtained extensive trial and appellate experience as a County and Federal Assistant Public Defender, Assistant City Attorney, and private practitioner. Most recently, Rand has specialized in the areas of employment law, business/contract litigation, civil rights, and criminal defense.

Since 1999 Rand has maintained an “AV” rating in Martindale Hubble. In 2003 he was inducted into the Society of Outstanding Lawyers and from 2006 to the present Rand has been named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer and voted by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America.

Rand frequently speaks at seminars, has published several articles and for over twenty (20) years has participated in the Oklahoma County Bar Association’s Law-Related Education Program speaking to high school students in the Oklahoma City area.
